Hyderabad Retain Players
Hyderabad Kingsmen have added Saim Ayub, Usman Khan Javed, and emerging star Maaz Sadaqat to their squad. Saim Ayub is currently ranked as the number one all-rounder in the ICC T20 rankings and has become the most expensive player of Pakistan Super League 2026 so far, having been signed on a salary of 12.6 crore rupees.
Due to limited retentions, Saim Ayub could not retain and continue in Peshawar Zalmi squad. Taking advantage of this situation, Hyderabad Kingsmen made him their top direct signing and included him in their retained squad even before the auction scheduled for 11 February, strengthening their batting lineup early.

|---|---|---|
| Saim Ayub | Platinum | 12.6 crore |
| Usman Khan | Diamond | 4.62 crore |
