Moeen Ali, one of England’s top all-rounders, has officially decided to enter PSL 11 and will be part of the PSL 2026 draft. His participation in the league is now confirmed. There had been a lot of talk on social media about Moeen joining the upcoming draft, and this time the confirmation has come directly from him. In a press conference, Moeen Ali said about the PSL:

I am very excited to be part of the PSL. PSL is considered one of the best T20 leagues in the world, and here you get to see and enjoy a very high standard of cricket. The fans in the stadium are proof of that because they show great passion and grace for the game. Once again, I wish to play in the Pakistan Super League and create new memories, so I am ready for a new experience and a new challenge, Inshallah.

Moeen Ali PSL Stats

Moeen Ali is regarded as a batting all-rounder. He has previously played in the PSL in 2019 and 2021 for Multan Sultans, scoring 138 runs in nine matches with an average of 17. Talking about his bowling stats, he is known as a quality off break bowler and has delivered good performances with both bat and ball. His presence strengthens both the batting and bowling units of any team and makes the side more balanced.

This is good news for the Pakistan Super League because after South Africa’s renowned batsman Faf du Plessis, Moeen Ali has also expressed his desire to play in the PSL, and it is confirmed that both of them will be part of the upcoming draft. Their inclusion will further boost the PSL.
