Received Bid Evaluation Completed for PSL New Teams
For the two new franchises being added to the Pakistan Super League, the technical evaluation of the received bids has been completed. According to PCB officials, out of all the bidders, 10 parties have been declared eligible, and they will take part in the auction to be held in Islamabad on 8 January.

PSL Chief Executive Salman Naseer stated that both local and foreign investors have shown strong interest in the franchises. The parties participating in the auction are free to choose their franchise names from Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, and Sialkot. However, the final decision will be made during the auction ceremony on 8 January 2026.
